State’s health care premium plan follows U.S. trend
If state employees end up paying a higher share of their health insurance costs next year, they won’t be alone. A national survey released last week by the Kaiser Family Foundation showed that workers nationwide who have family coverage are paying almost $4,000 this year for premiums and out-of-pocket health care costs.
